	Kaiyelei is mostly tropical in nature. Wandering through it's trees and flying through it's skies are dinosaurs of all kinds, tamed and untamed. 	Beneath Kaiyelei's placid surface, the crushed ruins of their predecessors are flooded and prowled by released dark magical beasts, normal sea life, and things far more sinister. But there is also treasure beyond belief, and once this place is uncovered, Kaiyelei's navy will begin it's descent and exploration. 	Kaiyelei is controlled by a madman. Mad with power. He knows of Kaiyelei’s location in Kirandur. He frequently talks with people from the surface. But to protect this knowledge, his power, he makes sure his subjects never find out. This is his domain. Controlled by nobody but he and his dinosaur cavalry and air force.
