New page

Treloa, Goddess Of The Forge and Craftspeople
Appearance
Treloa appears as a dwarven woman, standing no higher than four and a half feet. She has long, fiery red hair and a round face, full of laughter, and her figure is voluptuous, though hidden beneath the heavy smiths apron she wears. Her arms are thickly corded with muscle, crisscrossed with burn scars from her work at the forge. She carries her hammer, a short handled forging hammer, with her everywhere she goes, and, usually, a tankard follows not far behind.

Relationships
Treloa is a fun sort. She has her contests with Xyranthien and Cruxik, and has long joked that she'll be the one to bring a smile to Cruxik's face. She's tried, many times, to take him to bed, but it's never worked out. She's the only being, living, immortal, or dead to outdrink Xyranthien, something he tries his best to keep her from bringing up, though it never works. One of Treloa's closest friends is the sun goddess, Lhireiya, for the fire of the sun is the hottest fire for forging there is;.

Dwelling
Treloa lives in her forge, which is a great cavern, somewhere near to Cruxik's home. She spends hours, days here, forging armor, weapons, or working quietly in her bedchambers on various crafts. She has a fondness for wooden carvings that can be seen in the many wooden birds, horses, and people she keeps around her great feather bed.

Tenets
Treloa preaches creativity. She teaches all under her charge to find beauty in everything, inspiration in everything. Creation is a wonder, she says, and when you make your own, no matter how simple, it is a wonder.

Ways Of Worship
Artisans have been known to slave away for years, decades, and sometimes their entire lives, to craft something Treloa would smile upon. Others, such as dwarven smiths and stoneworkers, pray to her in conjunction with Cruxik. She's an easy woman to please when it comes to the craft, but she doesn't tell anybody that. She wants the hardest work she can get out of people, because the harder the work, the more beautiful the result.
