Kamreioth

Kamreioth is a dark, inhospitable landscape of flat, open tundra. Hidden beneath the layers of snow are deep chasms that fall away into the earth, and anyone not careful, or familiar, could fall down one and lose his life.

But, despite that disposition, the peoples of Kamreioth are generally friendly, just secluded. Their lack of communication mostly comes from timidness rather than outright hostility. The king of this place lives in a great log and mortar keep at the northern end of Kamreioth, about ten miles inland from the icy sea. He is usually a very intelligent type, sitting in his halls by the fire and writing histories and keeping accounts.

The vast majority of Kamreioth's population is orcish, and they spend a good deal of their time hunting down and killing the goblins that make war against them. They farm the best they can, but live primarily on meat and fungus found in deep chasms away from the blowing snow and blistering wind.

Deep beneath Kamreioth's surface, though, a network of caves connect these chasms, and it is here that most adventurers go to find treasure and glory. Monsters, both living and dead, prowl here, and outposts are kept placed frequently around major entrance points to keep a nything from getting out.
