Kaiyelei is a continent that hasn't been on any map in eons. It's escaped the notice of most historians, lost to time and memory. But it still lives. Deep beneath the waves of the Sea Of Crushing, at the bottom of it's deepest trench, an entire civilization lives beneath a dome of protective magic, unaware of their location. Magical sunlight rises and sets every day. The air is always fresh. But what they don't know is that they sit upon the ruins of the civilization that came before them.

Kaiyelei is mostly tropical in nature. Wandering through it's trees and flying through it's skies are dinosaurs of all kinds, tamed and untamed. The people who live here use them as war beasts, beasts of burden, and sometimes, even pets.

Beneath Kaiyelei's placid surface, the crushed ruins of their predecessors are flooded and prowled by released dark magical beasts, normal sea life, and things far more sinister. But there is also treasure beyond belief, and once this place is uncovered, Kaiyelei's navy will begin it's descent and exploration.

Kaiyelei is controlled by a madman. Mad with power. He knows of Kaiyelei’s location in Kirandur. He frequently talks with people from the surface. But to protect this knowledge, his power, he makes sure his subjects never find out. This is his domain. Controlled by nobody but he and his dinosaur cavalry and air force. He lives in constant fear though. Fear of what would happen if word ever got out.
