Water Fae

Spread throughout the rivers and lakes of Kirandur, these amphibious beings have wings that double as fins when swimming at great depths. They can breathe underwater indefinitely, and have harnessed the power of water magic, able to collect, direct, and focus water into painful blasts known to cut through stone at their highest power. They live in underwater villages mostly, or in treetop homes near to lakes and rivers.
